These policies apply to investors who are U.S. residents only and may be changed at any time, provided a notice of such change is given to you.

You provide us with personal information, such as your address, social security number, assets and/or income information, (i) in the Subscription Agreements and related documents, (ii) in correspondence and conversations with the Funds’ representatives and (iii) through transactions in the Funds.

We do not disclose any of this personal information about our Investors, prospective Investors or former Investors to anyone, other than to our affiliates, and except as permitted by law, such as to our attorneys, auditors, brokers and regulators and certain service providers, in such case, only as necessary to facilitate the acceptance and management of your investment. Thus, it may be necessary, under anti-money laundering and similar laws, to disclose information about Investors in order to accept subscriptions from them. We will also release information about you if you direct us to do so, if compelled to do so by law or in connection with any government or self-regulatory organization request or investigation.

We may also disclose information you provide to us to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf, such as a placement agent. If such a disclosure is made, the Funds will require such third parties to treat your private information with confidentiality.

We seek to carefully safeguard your private information and, to that end, restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees and other persons who need to know the information to enable the Funds to provide services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your nonpublic personal information.

Your nonpublic personal information will be sent to and maintained in the United States, subject to applicable U.S. laws. U.S. law concerning privacy and data protection may differ from, and may provide a lower level of protection than, the law of your home country. By opening an account or entering into a transaction with Haidar, you explicitly consent to allow your personal information to be sent to and processed in the United States.

Policy Evaluation
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 will evaluate this policy’s compact policy whenever it is used with a cookie. The actions IE will take depend on what privacy level the user has selected in their browser (Low, Medium, Medium High, or High; the default is Medium. In addition, IE will examine whether the cookie’s policy is considered satisfactory or unsatisfactory, whether the cookie is a session cookie or a persistent cookie, and whether the cookie is used in a first-party or third-party context. This section will attempt to evaluate this policy’s compact policy against Microsoft’s stated behavior for IE6.
